Registered Nurse - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver quality nursing care to patients, perform ongoing assessments of patient needs, revise care plans based on patient condition changes, provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, and ensure care aligns with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients
• Perform ongoing assessments of patient needs
• Revise care plans based on patient condition changes
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
• Ensure care aligns with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
• Implement department policies, goals, and procedures
• Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
• Use reasoning and good judgment
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Active RN license in good standing
• Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience
• CPR certification (obtained during orientation if not already certified)
