About the role

PICU Registered Nurse in a high-acuity pediatric unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based critical care to pediatric patients.
• Manage ventilators and complex IV drips.
• Monitor hemodynamics and respond to pediatric emergencies.
• Perform detailed patient assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate and support families.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records (EMRs).

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in pediatric critical care nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Excellent communication and family support skills.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation.
