About the Role

Provide personalized, compassionate care to support patient recovery in a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments
• Lead patient assessments
• Develop and tailor care plans
• Address patient concerns
• Build relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate with departments for coordinated care
• Support staff with complex cases
• Deliver direct patient care
• Guide rehabilitation progress
• Communicate effectively across teams
• Contribute to patient milestones and recovery goals

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
• CRRN certification preferred
• Ideally one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital environment
