Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.Providing care across all phases—from preventative measures to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Planning and coordinating patient care, conducting assessments, patient education, triage, and nursing interventions.Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to professional and ethical guidelines. Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.Unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure if applicable.Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Maintaining required competencies and certifications. Additional Details Opportunities for weekly pay, including stipends, with eligibility for Sanford benefits.Contracts are 14 weeks with options to extend or transfer to other sites.Practice within the full scope of nursing and adhere to relevant state laws and standards.
