About the role
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and develop personalized care plans.
- Build strong relationships with patients and families to support their recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and deliver direct patient support when needed.
- Serve as a resource for colleagues, assisting with complex patient needs.
- Celebrate patient milestones and progress.
Requirements
- Valid RN licensure according to state requirements.
- CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital is advantageous.
