About the role
Registered Nurse position in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct resident care, including administering medications and treatments.
- Monitor residents' clinical status and develop personalized care plans.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control protocols.
- Support a compassionate, patient-centered environment focused on improving residents' quality of life.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license and relevant clinical experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and supervise staff.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
