Key Responsibilities
- Conducting patient visits, assessing health history, vital signs, and physical exam findings.
- Performing phone triage, documenting in EMR, assisting providers with procedures, and administering treatments including IV starts.
- Educating patients on medications, procedures, and follow-up care, and collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensuring clinical practices meet accreditation standards and coordinating referrals and additional services.
Qualifications And Skills
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Active WA RN license, with dual licensure in Oregon within 120 days.
- Preferred outpatient or clinical RN experience, BCLS certification, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
- Knowledge of EMR systems, strong communication, and ability to work collaboratively.
