Role Summary: This RN position provides direct patient care in Women and Infants units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU. It emphasizes a multidisciplinary, evidence-based approach, ensuring safety and quality at the point of care. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope carePrecept and support new healthcare team membersContribute to patient safety and clinical outcomesFollow standards from AWHONN and AACN, including certifications like RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRNParticipate in specialty education and competency validation Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited nursing program or approved state boardCurrent RN licensure and relevant certificationsMinimum 6 months Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowshipNRP certification within 6 months of hire, BLS/CPR certification before startStrong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
