Responsibilities include: Supervising care, leading patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans.Building meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and delivering direct patient care as needed.Supporting fellow staff with complex cases and patient inquiries.Celebrating patient milestones and progress. Qualifications: Valid RN license as per state regulations.CPR certification (ACLS preferred).CRRN certification (preferred).Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous.
