Responsibilities

• Supervise treatments and lead patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Address patient needs to support recovery
• Build strong relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support fellow staff with complex cases

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
• Relevant nursing experience

Qualifications (Preferred)

• CRRN certification
• Rehabilitation nursing background
