About the role

Join a healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering personalized patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Providing care across all stages of preventative, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up processes.
  • Managing patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
  • Operating within the scope of nursing practice, adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Utilizing age and population-specific standards to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
  • Maintaining required competencies and certifications relevant to the clinical setting.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of nursing standards, practices, and ethical codes.
