Registered Nurse - Full Time

The role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and adhering to organizational standards, mission, and values. The position requires a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on the unit. The physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, walking, and performing tasks involving reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
