About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) in a long-term and post-acute care facility, delivering resident-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate residents and families about health conditions and treatments.
- Mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support staff.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance care standards.
