Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments, administer medications and treatments
• Oversee Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for short-term rehab, long-term, and memory care residents
• Monitor residents' conditions, communicate with families, and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide quality care to enhance residents' comfort, dignity, and quality of life within a supportive team environment
