Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.Collaborating with physicians and inter-professional teams to develop and evaluate care plans.Providing care across all phases, including preventative, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up services.Managing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines. Qualifications And Skills Required Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Obtaining and maintaining required competencies and certifications.
