Registered Nurse - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time role in a busy Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. The unit features a 41-bed setting with typical 1:5 to 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratios and an average patient stay of 7–10 days. Primary diagnoses managed include CHF, hypertension, COPD, diabetes, and respiratory diseases. The team is recognized as a Center of Excellence with top patient experience scores and a 93% engagement score.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care to a diverse adult population
• Monitor patients with telemetry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• One year of relevant experience preferred
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state required
• Certifications such as ENPC, TNCC, or CEN preferred
• Facility‑specific training for restrictive interventions must be completed within three months of hire
