Responsibilities

• Providing individualized patient care using the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Delivering care across all phases—from preventative care and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to professional and regulatory guidelines.
• Providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Participating in continuous professional development and adhering to nursing standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned location.
• Maintaining required competencies and certifications.
