Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Delivering care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Providing high-quality, individualized nursing care in a hospital setting.
• Coordinating care and patient education to support health outcomes.
• Maintaining competency through required certifications and adhering to professional standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to work in rotating 12-hour shifts, with weekly hours of 36.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check.
