Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Providing care across all phases, including preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, education, triage, and executing nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope and standards outlined by licensing laws and professional ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Live at least 60 miles from the facility location.
