Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver comprehensive care.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions within the scope of practice. Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.Ability to work independently, demonstrate competency, and adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines. Key Duties Providing safe, effective, and individualized nursing care tailored to patient needs.Participating in care planning and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Engaging in patient education and health promotion activities.Maintaining required competencies and certifications.
