Registered Nurse - Full Time

The Registered Nurse role involves providing a range of nursing care in a unique outpatient facility, handling patients from minor treatments to critically ill cases. Key responsibilities include performing accurate triages and discharges for patients of all ages,administering and documenting medications,applying dressings, splints, and wound care,conducting EKGs and cardiac monitoring with arrhythmia recognition,preparing procedures like I&D, sutures, and lumbar punctures,delegating tasks to team members,initiating evaluation orders, andutilizing organizational software for record-keeping and protocols. Qualifications include an Associate's degree, over 3 years of recent Critical Care and ER experience, an active Florida RN license or equivalent, and certifications in ACLS and PALS. Candidates must work independently, perform physical tasks, and stand for long shifts. Prior ER experience is highly preferred. The position involves working three shifts weekly, including every other weekend, with specific hours in Tampa area locations.
