Registered Nurse - Full Time

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a difference in patient care across diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions across all care phases.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with nursing standards, scope, and ethical guidelines outlined by regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate and plan patient care activities tailored to specific age groups and populations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain department-specific competencies and certifications.
