About the role
Join our team as an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) focused on delivering personalized patient care across diverse clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
- Adhering to standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and maintaining professional conduct based on nursing ethics.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
- At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.
- Ongoing competency development and certification maintenance.
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of nursing standards, ethics, and scope of practice.
Pay
Weekly pay including stipends.
