Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized patient care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan and evaluate care.
• Providing care across all phases—from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Managing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
• Providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Adhering to professional standards, ethics, and state regulations.
• Maintaining required competencies and certifications.
• Participating in care coordination, patient education, and nursing interventions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Ability to work night shifts and live at least 60 miles from the facility.
