Registered Nurse - Full Time

Role Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Collaborates with other departments to coordinate patient care while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and deliver direct nursing care.
• Evaluate care provided by team members.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary patient care activities.
• Maintain compliance with mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license, meeting state requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or others as required by the unit.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
