Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized care.Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, educating patients, triaging, and performing various nursing interventions.Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing program.Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Required department-specific competencies and certifications. Skills And Attributes Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.Effective collaboration and communication with healthcare teams.Knowledge of nursing standards, ethics, and legal practice requirements.
