Registered Nurse - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join a specialized cardiac telemetry unit caring for complex cardiac patients.

Responsibilities

• Providing individualized patient care through collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to promote health or support peaceful death
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion in patient interactions
• Participating in innovative programs such as the LVAD and Heart Failure Program
• Engaging in shared governance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
• Working in a collaborative, supportive team environment with visible and approachable leadership
• Establishing personalized relationships with patients, advocating for safe, high-quality care, and managing patient needs according to policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree
• At least one year of acute nursing experience
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification
