About the role

Registered Nurse responsible for delivering quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing care plans to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs
• Evaluate patient conditions
• Adapt care plans accordingly
• Implement departmental policies and ensure compliance with laws and standards
• Exhibit excellent customer service
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
• Active RN license in applicable state
• Preferred: at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience
• CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation, maintained current)
• Strong reasoning, judgment, and communication skills
