Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
- Providing care across all phases—from preventive services to treatment and follow-up.
- Managing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
- Practicing within the scope and standards outlined by licensing regulations and professional guidelines.
- Providing nursing care during 12-hour night shifts.
- Participating in care planning, patient assessment, and education.
- Working within professional standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
- At least one year of nursing experience, with six months in travel nursing.
- Residency at least 60 miles from the facility.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary competencies and certifications.
