Registered Nurse - Full Time

Key Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.Providing care across all phases—from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practicing within the scope of licensure and adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines. Qualifications And Skills Required Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility location.Competency in clinical standards, certifications, and departmental requirements.
