Registered Nurse - Full Time

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact on patient care across diverse communities. Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized care.Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Providing care across all phases—preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, and maintaining competencies and certifications. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.
