Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized patient care.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate care plans.Delivering care across all phases—from preventive services to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, and applying population-specific standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor's degree preferred.Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Required certifications and competencies maintained as per department standards. Key Duties Include Providing comprehensive nursing care, patient assessment, and education.Participating in care planning and execution, including triage and interventions.Ensuring compliance with professional standards and legal requirements.
