About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact by providing personalized patient care across various healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver comprehensive care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate treatment plans.
- Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Planning and coordinating patient care, conducting assessments, delivering education, triaging, and performing nursing interventions.
- Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to ethical guidelines and state licensure requirements.
Requirements
- Comply with drug screening and background checks as part of the hiring process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Hold an unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure if applicable.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience.
- Residency at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
- Must obtain and maintain necessary competencies and certifications.
