Registered Nurse - Full Time

Responsibilities Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan and evaluate patient care.Deliver care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinate patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practice within the full scope of nursing standards and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.Ability to live at least 60 miles from the facility location.Maintains required competencies and certifications.
