About the role

The Day Surgery Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and indirect patient care in the Day Surgery Unit and preoperative holding area, ensuring high-quality clinical services.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments across diverse patient populations.
• Manage pain with appropriate techniques.
• Develop personalized care plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, and families.
• Respond swiftly to changes in clinical conditions.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Current Nevada RN licensure.
• ACLS certification.
• BLS certification.
