Registered Nurse - Full Time

About the role

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare, especially in underserved communities, through travel staffing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delivering care across all phases, including preventative, health maintenance, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up services.
• Coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, providing education, triage, and executing various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines outlined in the Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to work in locations at least 60 miles from residence.
• Obtainment and maintenance of necessary competencies and certifications.

Pay

Offers weekly pay, including stipends.

Schedule

Contracts are 14 weeks with options for extension or transfers to other Sanford sites.
