Seeking a registered nurse to provide compassionate, personalized care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and developing tailored care plans.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care and providing direct patient care when necessary.
- Serving as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs, and celebrating patient milestones.
Requirements
- Valid RN license per state requirements.
- CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital is desirable.
