Registered Nurse - Full Time (7P-7A)

About the Role

Provides direct and indirect patient care in various settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Utilizes critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to promote health, dignity, and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients accurately based on their medical condition.
• Administer medications as prescribed and provide age-appropriate care.
• Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and assist with procedures requiring manual skills.
• Identify and address psychosocial needs, coordinating with social services.
• Practice cost-effective resource management and promote patient safety.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
• Perform general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritization, while supporting physician procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Computer literacy required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
