About the role
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assume overall responsibility for resident care within their designated neighborhood
- Collaborate with residents, families, and care teams to plan and implement personalized care
- Delegate tasks to associate nurses and team members as appropriate
- Foster a supportive environment that promotes the well-being and independence of elders
Qualifications
- Nursing Degree and Washington RN license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- At least one year of nursing experience with similar populations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Specialty certification and leadership experience as a charge or primary nurse
- Experience in person-directed care environments
