Registered Nurse-FT Night Shift- $5000 Sign On Bonus

About the Role

Anchor Hospital is a 122-bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission, specializing in the treatment of behavioral health and addictive disease disorders for adolescents, adults, and senior adults. We serve mental health and substance abuse patients through inpatient, partial hospitalization, outpatient, and Tricare programs for active duty and veterans. This full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position offers a $5000 sign-on bonus with a one-year commitment and includes shift differentials for 7pm-7am weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote a therapeutic milieu and provide quality patient care.
• Ensure adequate nursing resources for patients with dual diagnosis, chemical dependency, and/or psychiatric care needs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Services and other departments to achieve treatment goals.
• Process patient admissions and develop treatment plans.
• Conduct patient assessments and administer medications.
• Provide medication education.

Requirements

• Current license to practice nursing in Georgia (or eligibility to receive/renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Preferred: one year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Pay

Schedule
