Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse in the Central Region Float Pool provides comprehensive patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention outcomes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in decision-making, troubleshoot equipment issues, and promote safety and quality initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty training program (required). Ability to float between multiple hospital locations and work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Additional Duties: Engage in patient and family education, discharge planning, and participate in unit safety and quality programs.
