Responsibilities

• Float between Emergency Department (ED), Med Surg Intermediate, ICU, and House Supervisor roles as needed.
• Collaborate with a strong, team-oriented staff.
• Gain diverse experience across multiple units.
• Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
• Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Perform patient care, delegate patient care tasks, and supervise other patient care staff.
• Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consult with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate proficiency and abide by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
• Tier 1 will work at one entity.

Requirements

• 1 year of applicable experience.
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross certification.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Various Associate Degree.
