Registered Nurse - Float

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide direct medical-surgical care in a hospital setting, following established policies, procedures, and protocols. Key Responsibilities Include Applying standards of nursing practice to enhance patient care and quality of life through systematic evaluation.Building effective relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Considering physical, cultural, social, economic, and spiritual factors in managing health responses.Leading and collaborating with healthcare team members, patients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes.Communicating effectively and providing education on health maintenance and comfort measures.Serving as a mentor to colleagues and applying evidence-based practices tailored to patient needs.Performing point-of-care testing and other assigned duties, maintaining a safe environment. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing program or equivalent.One to two years of RN experience, depending on the role.Current valid RN license in the applicable state, along with BLS certification. Physical requirements: Frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and communication; occasional patient handling and movement; ability to perceive visual and auditory cues. Work environment: Night shift in a hospital setting, supporting a collaborative and patient-centered care approach.
