This part-time Inpatient Registered Nurse position involves providing comprehensive patient care at a children's hospital, including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and diagnostics. Emphasizes safety, professional growth, and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and coordinate care plans
• Educate patients and families
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives
• Complete assessments
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
• Revise care plans based on patient responses
• Contribute to unit and organizational goals

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (Bachelor's preferred)
• Ability to float across hospital units
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Schedule

• Evening shifts
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• Minimum of 24 hours weekly
