Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care per prescribed plans
- Monitor patient progress and assess/document conditions
- Administer medications and IV fluids
- Care for wounds
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure positive outcomes
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing or AAS
- Current unrestricted RN license
- CPR/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation
