Registered Nurse - Flexible Home Health

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home healthcare services for Pediatric and Adult patients, with expertise in G-tube, Trach, and Vent care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Initiate and adjust care plans based on patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness
• Respond to changes in patient condition and communicate with healthcare providers
• Provide health education, care coordination, and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practicing state
• Valid health certificate and BLS card
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Preferred: at least one year of RN experience
