Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA)

Role: RNFA – Cardiovascular OR Responsibilities Provide advanced perioperative nursing care and first assist in cardiovascular surgeries.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the CVOR team to ensure seamless patient care.Support pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases, ensuring patient safety and adherence to evidence-based practices. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) certification or relevant perioperative nursing experience.Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and perioperative protocols.Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills. Key Duties Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring precision and patient safety.Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with clinical best practices.Contribute to a culture of respect, innovation, and teamwork within a healthcare setting.
