We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room RN – First Assistant to provide exceptional patient care utilizing the nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care with other departments
- Ensure patient rights and confidentiality
- Provide leadership and evaluation of caregiving staff
- Align with organizational mission and values
Requirements
- Current RN license in Missouri
- Minimum 2 years of intraoperative experience as scrub and circulating nurse (3+ years preferred)
- Certifications in BLS/ACLS (within 1 year), CNOR, and RN-First Assistant (within 1 year); CRNFA certification is a plus
- BSN degree preferred
