About the role

Utilize the nursing process in providing patient care, ensuring professional accountability, and evaluating care effectiveness. The role involves coordinating patient care across departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and adhering to organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Performing perioperative nursing duties with demonstrated competence.
• Assisting in surgical procedures, with preferred RN-First Assistant certification.
• Maintaining certifications such as BLS and ACLS within the first year.
• Evaluating care quality and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure.
• Minimum of one year perioperative nursing experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
