Registered Nurse - Experienced and Graduate

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to unit-based decision-making. Ensure excellent patient and family experiences through compassionate care and effective communication. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing degree (preferably Bachelor's), with eligibility to practice as an RN. Emphasis on critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and adherence to policies. Experience in acute care settings is desirable. Ability to participate in professional development and quality improvement activities. Key Duties: Perform patient assessments, implement and revise care plans, provide direct care including treatments and diagnostics, collaborate with healthcare team members, and promote safety and quality standards. Engage in ongoing education and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment.
